Returns & Exchanges
At Suloa, we hope you love every piece you receive. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help with a simple and transparent return process.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with UK consumer regulations.
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags and hygiene liners must remain intact
- No signs of wear, stains, odours, or damage
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. This ensures the fastest processing time and product availability.
How to Start a Return

Please include the following information:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- A brief reason for the return
Once your request has been approved, we will send you the return instructions.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.
We will resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Additional Notes
We recommend trying items on carefully and indoors.
Suloa reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
